Mar. 1st, 2012 06:47 pm![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
All of my fiction posted here on lj is tagged as fan fiction; and then more specifically by challenge, by fandom, by pairing, by rating, etc.
At some point I'll get around to transferring it all to AO3 as well, but this day is not that day.
Comics/Comics-Related
Marvel
Avengers
Alter. Ego. (Steve/Tony; Captain America/Iron Man; NC-17)
Written for Cap_IM Reverse Bang 2010.
Romancing Steve Rogers is hard enough. The last thing Tony Stark needs is a rival. In the shape of Iron Man. Identity porn. Sentient armour. Oh, my.
The Twice-Told Tale (Steve/Tony; Captain America/Iron Man; NC-17)
Written for Avengers Big Bang 2012.

DC
Justice League
That Which We Call a Rose (Clark/Bruce; Superman/Batman; NC-17)
Written for Comics Big Bang 2010.
The course of true love never did run smooth. When Clark Kent met Bruce Wayne. And Bruce Wayne met Superman. And Superman met Batman. And Batman met Clark Kent. And Clark Kent and Bruce Wayne finally got their acts together... Identity porn at its most complicated.
Smallville
The Clex meets Clois Verse
Initially inspired by a challenge (c2004) whereby Lois & Clark – the New Adventures of Superman episodes were reimagined as Smallville stories. Ongoing, but each complete of itself.
Cleaning Up is Hard to Do (PG)
From the episode Fly Hard.
An estranged Lex and Clark meet up again when the Daily Planet building is seized by terrorists and hostages taken.
World Enough and Time (PG)
From the episode Tempus Fugitive.
The course of true love never did run smooth, and it certainly doesn't for Lex and Clark. A supervillain with a time machine makes matters even worse.
I, Superhero (PG)
From the episode Ultra Woman.
A broken heart is enough to drive you to... superheroism. Or philanthropy. Walking a mile in your would-be significant other's shoes/boots just might help you understand him.
Every Me and Every You (PG)
From the episode Tempus, Anyone?.
A glimpse of a universe where Lex and Clark never met just may be enough to help them sort out their issues in this one.
The Metropolis University Verse
Initially inspired by a challenge (c2005) at
sv_undercover, centred round the word proposition. My brain immediately went to the dread thesis proposal. Thus... Clark starts college. Lex goes back. Ah, the classes, the dorms, the vagaries of college life.
Met U Blues (PG)
Lex has trouble juggling work and study. Clark finds him, frankly, embarrassing.
Social History (PG)
Lex hates sleeping over in the dorms. Clark sometimes makes it up to him.
Stand Alones
To the Victor go the Spoils (NC-17)
The Olympic Games AU. Clark Kent is a reporter. Lex Luthor is a champion swimmer. And a hot one at that. I guess they were meant to meet too.
When Worlds Collide (NC-17)
Lex and Clark go to see Alexander at the movies. Lex really doesn't like it. Clark appreciates the eye candy.
Catharsis (NC-17)
Definitely S4 or later in terms of canon. Lex and Clark's friendship has reached a critical turning point. They thrash it out.
Past, Present, Future… (PG)
Written for
undermistletoe 2005.
For a 'Ghosts of Christmas' prompt, though said ghosts don't actually make an appearance. Lex considers his life, from Smallville to Metropolis and beyond.
The Long White Cloud (PG)
Written for
nerodi’s Historical AU challenge in 2004.
Set in the nineteenth century colonial expansion period, Lex is exiled from England to New Zealand. Since it was destiny, he meets Clark anyway.
One Gift to Bind Them (G)
Written for the Slash Advent Calendar in 2004.
Unabashed schmoop, S1 in terms of canon though probably set slightly after that in terms of age of characters. Clark and Lex exchange Christmas presents.
Philalexandreia
Written for
timian’s Drabble-On Babylon challenge in 2004, whereby one Wednesday100 drabble was spun out to ten linked drabbles, thus forming a thousand word fic. My original drabble was for an AU prompt, hence Lex and Clark as Alexander and Hephaistion.
Sons and Lovers (PG)/Today's the Day (PG)
Written for the Slash Advent Calendar 2005.
I consider these two one story, though they can stand alone. The first is told from Jonathan Kent's POV, the second from Lex's. Set S2/early S3 canonically. Jonathan and Lex find common ground.
A Special Relationship (The Master/Lex Luthor; PG)
Lex Luthor meets Harold Saxon. They’re both smarting from political set-backs and bad break-ups. Enough said.
[Parallel
A near-permanent WIP
Even Action Figures Need Love
An illustrated story]
Classics (History/Mythology/Literature)
Philalexandreia (Alexander/Hephaistion; PG)
Loving Alexander is a full time job. Hephaistion takes it seriously and does it well. Historical, traces of Renault. (Also some traces of clex, which might explain the eye colours, among other things.)
Illyria (Alexander/Hephaistion; PG)
The Illyrian exile, Alexander's nineteenth birthday. Missing scene from Fire from Heaven. Renault-verse.
Telling (Achilles/Patroklos; PG)
Antilochos tells Achilles' and Patroklos' story. Epic Cycle, canonically.
By a Thread (Achilles/Patroklos; PG)
A warrior and his friend should take care of each other. Set pre-Iliad, canonically, but using Homeric characterisation.
[Return to Night and A Mighty Erection are ineligible as I had a co-author.]
Stargate: Atlantis
Pedagogically Sound (Instructional: the Feedback Loop Mix) (Sheppard/McKay; PG)
Written for Remix 2006.
The learning curve for military personnel in Atlantis is steep.
Etrangere, or, The Last Last Remake of Beau Geste (Sheppard/McKay; R)
Inspired by the
reel_sga challenge.
A retelling of the set-up to Beau Geste. [Not a WIP, but unresolved.]
Supernatural
There but for the Grace (Falls the Shadow: the Through a Glass Darkly Mix) (Gen; PG)
Written for Remix 2007.
Mary lives, John dies. Plus ca change, plus c'est la meme chose?
Read-Only Memory (Gen; PG)
Written for
spn_outsidepov. The story of the Winchesters' lives, as witnessed by Sam's laptop.
Dead Yet Again (Sam/Dean; NC-17)
Written for Spn/J2 Big Bang 2009.
Past lives. First times. Sam and Dean struggle with a case, and a changing relationship. Inspired by Kenneth Branagh's Dead Again.
Once Upon a Time in the West (Sam/Dean; NC-17)
Written for Spn/J2 Big Bang 2011.
Inspired by the Tombstone/Gunfight at the OK Corral mythos.
Doctor Who
A Special Relationship (The Master/Lex Luthor; PG)
Lex Luthor meets Harold Saxon. They’re both smarting from political set-backs and bad break-ups. Enough said.
Star Trek XI
Command Dynamics (Kirk/Spock; R)
The age old question: Who tops???
At some point I'll get around to transferring it all to AO3 as well, but this day is not that day.
