Thank you! It's always been one of my favourites too, and it occurred to me a while back oit would make a perfect case for the boys. Big bang seemed the perfect opportunity to use it.

I wound up falling in love with !Sam and !Dean, and had to restrain myself from telling more of their story. And I totally agree; wincest builds on and adds to brotherhood, it doesn't replace it.

As for the rings... I felt like an absolute sap, but I just could not help myself. It was meant to be. :-D
